The gate to the School Forecourt will be open in the morning and after school to allow for School Transport Drop off. Only school transport vehicles should enter the forecourt area adjacent to the main entrance between 8.00am and 4.00pm in line with signage displayed. Cars should not park in the turning circle or obstruct the entrance to the forecourt area.

Dyce pupils Ben and Nathan Jack today interviewed Aberdeen’s top city Councillor – Jenny Laing with questions about a range of political issues. Questions varied from the responsibilities of her job to the EU referendum to the Refugee crisis, international politics and questions about the city of Aberdeen. The interview lasted about five minutes with Councillor Laing revealing an interesting insight into her political views. For example Councillor Laing claimed that she would support Hillary Clinton.

Shared Reading Project
Some of our S4-6 pupils have been working on a Shared Reading project with pupils from Dyce Primary. We concluded the project with the P1& P2 pupils coming up to the Academy to see Emily MacKenzie, author and illustrator.
