PassItOnWeek – Musical Donations

We have been very successful with our instrumental recycling scheme with the following collection of instruments being donated over the past few days.  We are still open to donations over the next 2 weeks until the Easter holidays as a few people are still planning to come in next week.

  • White Accordion – donated by Mr Burnett
  • Small accordion and Button accordion – donated by Mr Grant
  • Timpani drums – donated by Mr Clark with Inverurie Orchestra
  • Violin, Music Stand and Music books – donated by Miss Sangster at Dyce Primary

Pi Day – March 14 =3.14

Wednesday is ‘Pi day’ (March 14th = 3.14) and there will be a competition in room 204 at lunchtime to see who can remember the most decimal places. Last year’s winning score was 208! House points are available; anyone who remembers over 15 places will get 5 points for their house and 20 points to the winner!

Friday 2 March – School Transport Not Running

School transport is not running today.  School will open at 9.30 am for local pupils who should go to their period 2 class to register.  The N5 Hospitality Timeplan write up scheduled for this morning will now take place periods 5 and 6 on Monday 5 March.
