DofE- Bennachie – Bronze Training

Seventeen S3 pupils and eight adults hiked around Bennachie on Saturday 23rd February as part of their Bronze DofE training. It was a great day and everyone learned a lot about navigation, party leadership, equipment and other expedition skills. The weather was so varied we had four seasons in one day and this added to the fun. The group are now looking forward to their two day practice expedition in May which takes place in the Glen Tanar area.
