Dyce Academy – Scottish Education Awards Finalists

Dyce Academy has been named as a finalist for the Scottish Education Awards under the cateogry of “One Scotland – Active Community”.

We have been actively involved in developing a sustainable partnership with Otieno High School, Kisumu in Kenya.  This has led to teacher exchanges between the two schools and a number of projects including Fair Trade and Eco projects.

The Scottish Education Awards recognise and reward best practice in Scottish classrooms and we are delighted to have been named as finalists.  This is a recognition of the commitment, enthusiasm and team spirit shown by the staff and students at Dyce Academy.

The awards ceremony takes place in Glasgow on Tuesday 16 June.
